OUR STRUCTURE
MAGIRAS DIAGNOSTICS S.A.has, among the relevant companies, the most extended network of sales and support all over the country.
Our head offices are located on the National Highway, which connects the central with the northern Greece, and provides rapid access to all the major road arteries of the Greater Athens area, as well as to the Athens International Airport.
The two interconnected privately owned buildings with a total of 2.400 m2, host, besides the offices,our central warehouse with an area of 800 m2and 300 m3 cubic meters of 2°–8°C refrigerated space along with 8 m3 of -20°C.
MAGIRAS DIAGNOSTICS is currently staffed with more than 50 people, and is operating with fully functioning departments of Sales, After Sales Support (application and scientific support), Technical support (Field Service Engineers with modern HelpDesk and CRM information technology tools), Tenders, Offers and Contracts dpt, Finance and Administration dpt, and Logistics Dpt, all interconnected and coordinated under the Management team.
With an additional branch situated in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece) and local sales and service people in Larissa (Central Greece) and Creta (South) we are able to provide support to our customers within a maximum of 3 hours travel-time
The company performs by itself the Order-to-Delivery process, maintaining 3.000 SKU codes on stock with 1-3 lot numbers for each in a FIFO basis, and running a logistics system with 92,7% order-service level and less than 1,8% stock outs. More than 15.000 orders per year are delivered within 24-48 hours to our customers, ensuring full product traceability at SKU-lot# level.
